Delivery and Returns

Once payment has been received, your order will be processed within the next 6 working hours. You will receive updates on the status of your order, including the tracking number, via email.

The goods will be delivered to the address provided by the customer within 3-7 working days.

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union. For inquiries regarding shipping to countries outside the European Union, please contact us at shop@pierrecardin-towels.com

Shipping Prices:

• FREE DELIVERY to all countries within the European Union for orders over € 60.00.
• For other orders within the European Union, a shipping fee of € 9.98 applies.

Return of Goods:

Customers have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving their order, provided the goods meet the return conditions outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Key return conditions include:
